EXPERIENCE
Mr. Healy brings extensive experience across multiple aspects of the financial services industry. Mr. Healy’s background includes sales, commercial banking, product management, and process engineering. For more than 29 years with Bank of America and predecessor companies, Mr. Healy led various functions ranging from leadership roles in middle market banking to the management of the process engineering division of a global wholesale operations business.
As a regional leader in Bank of America’s middle market banking division, Mr. Healy was responsible for client management and business development across various industry sectors and product groups, including credit and deposit products, treasury management services, and capital markets and investment banking products. His scope also included the underwriting and approval of credit exposures, portfolio monitoring, and risk management.
After over 15 years in commercial banking, Mr. Healy progressed through a variety of enterprise roles, including process improvement and the deployment of six sigma disciplines to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. In addition, Mr. Healy’s background also includes the operational consolidation of several mergers and acquisitions, both domestically and internationally.
Most recently, Mr. Healy led the process engineering group for Bank of America’s wholesale operations, where he was responsible for process improvement and transformation projects across the operations group globally. Areas of focus included operating performance, efficiency, and operational risk.
EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Healy earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Auburn University, and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. In addition, he holds the industry certification of Six Sigma Master Blackbelt. Throughout his career, Mr. Healy has been heavily involved in community leadership, including appointments to numerous boards, and he is a past President of The Foundation for Orange County Public Schools.
