EXPERIENCE
Tiffany Augusta joined ACM after a successful ten-year residential and commercial mortgage financing career. Ms. Augusta has a wealth of knowledge and expertise with these financial instruments used for first-time home buyers, seasoned homeowner and commercial investors.
Prior to joining ACM, Ms. Augusta was a Legal Assistant with MasTec, Inc., a Miami, Florida based company and provided assistance to the commercial leasing and legal departments in connection with the company’s growing infrastructure construction division. She also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and worked as a Legal Assistant at Franklin, Weinrib, Rudell and Vassallo, PC, a leading New York City Entertainment Law Firm specializing in recording rights, music publishing, songwriting, producing, management and agency arrangements, distribution (both of records and home-video products), licensing arrangements and joint ventures representing many notable musicians.
EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS
Ms. Augusta is the co-founder of a non-profit organization, Friends of South Pointe Elementary, directly responsible for raising funds from local companies to provide paraprofessionals in the classrooms for a lower student/teach ratio; she has served as Treasurer for the past three years.
Ms. Augusta resides in Miami with her husband and two children.
