Mr. Martin specializes on turn-around advisory and has vast experience in the aviation and fast food industries. Today, Martin serves ACM clients in various capacities including financial advisory, strategic renewal, mergers and acquisitions as well as synergistic opportunities.
In addition to his turnaround success, Martin’s track record includes strategic renewal, organizational reform, debt restructuring and raising capital. Martin is also well versed in the world of bankruptcy as he has successfully guided companies through Chapter 11 filings. Martin earned an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

[email protected]Mr. Healy’s background includes sales, commercial banking, product management, and process engineering. For more than 29 years with Bank of America and predecessor companies, Mr. Healy led various functions ranging from leadership roles in middle market banking to the management of the process engineering division of a global wholesale operations business.
Most recently, Mr. Healy led the process engineering group for Bank of America’s wholesale operations, where he was responsible for process improvement and transformation projects across the operations group globally. Areas of focus included operating performance, efficiency, and operational risk. Mr. Healy earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Auburn University, and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. In addition, he holds the industry certification of Six Sigma Master Blackbelt.

[email protected]Denise Kantrowitz brings over 25 years of extensive financial and operational experience at the management and C-Suite level to her role as partner of ACM. She has experience leading high-growth companies, everything from Big 4 Accounting and private equity firms to direct marketing and manufacturing companies. Denise’s problem solving abilities and drive to succeed combined with her interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills make her an incredible addition to the ACM team.
Ms. Kantrowitz thrives on building, leading and collaborating with highly efficient teams and has tried and true experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, finance, regulatory issues, legal, human resources, customer service and information technology, ensuring that ACM Shared Services clients are in the best hands. Ms. Kantrowitz earned her Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Miami Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
