Welcome to the July issue of ACM Capital Partners’ Value Line newsletter. In this issue, we have detailed two new engagements as well as our 2nd annual listing on the Inc 5000 List.
ACM LANDS TWO NEW ENGAGEMENTS
Continuing with its successful work with debt restructuring, ACM Capital Partners was recently hired by a high net worth family trust to assist with restructuring $20M of its senior debt.
Similar to the successful restructuring of our water meter client as chronicled in last month’s newsletter, ACM was engaged by the trustees to help restructure the Company’s senior debt and to assist the family with the sale of the business.
“This engagement is a referral from another family in the same region of the country with whom we provided assistance and for whom we executed a substantial forgiveness of the senior debt in the last few years,” said ACM’s Managing Partner, Jim Martin. “This case is not dissimilar to many of our clients whom we have helped; and underscores the condition in which families continue to find themselves resulting from the Great Recession.”
ACM PROVIDING DILIGENCE ASSISTANCE TO PE CLIENT
The firm has become engaged by one of its private equity clients to assist with an add-on acquisition. The portfolio company, located in the Southeast, is in the diligence stage with its target and has sought the expertise of ACM’s professionals to assist them with expediting the analysis and field work. “As the M&A activity continues, we have become a natural extension of some of our private equity clients in the field,” said Martin.
ACM NAMED TO INC 5000 LIST FOR 2ND CONSECUTIVE YEAR
ACM Capital Partners proudly announced that it has been listed on Inc magazine’s fastest growing companies for the 2nd year in a row. In both years, the firm has been listed in the top third of companies in the U.S. “We are proud of our growth but most importantly, we are proud of what we have accomplished for our clients,” said Martin. “We have been very fortunate to have the support of an extensive network of clients and my team has executed for them at every turn!”
