Devon’s expertise spans financial planning, cash flow management, and M&A endeavors, with a successful track record of improving financial health and streamlining operations. At Ballyhoo Media, she implemented expense management programs that saved $20K annually and created cash flow models that fueled fundraising rounds. Her leadership extended to the healthcare industry as the Chief Revenue Officer of Thaddeus Medical Systems, where she managed financial analysis for capital projects and fundraising.
